Ricky Ross is not playing around with the people this time around. His cd is on POINT. "Maybach Music" is one of my favorite cuts on it. It had no choice but to be hot since it's featuring the hottest artist out right now. I can't stop listening to it. Another song on there that gets put on repeat is "Face" featuring Trina. No words are needed why that song is off the chain. WELP! LOL

You know the drill....SLAM IT or JAM IT?

THIS IS MY SHAT!! *Jukes my computer in slow motion*

I'll be real here...this is my song, plus I'm a Drake Stan, so I'll more then likely be biased about the video. LOL I still stand behind my original opinion that some of the members look like dweebs though (aka Lil Folks in the green glasses).

What's with all the mudducks in the video? Do better casting directors!

Lil Wayne have wanted Nivea since the beginning of time and it looks like he won his girl. This picture was taken of them last night at the Grammy's.

He made the below video in Feb 2008 where he blushes while shouting her out.....

And he's with her exactly on year later. I guess no one has swag like him! LMAO @ Nivea taking her ex-husbands advice and saying "FUCKKKKK DAT NIGGA!" TREATED!

Congrats to them and I hope it all works out!

I was shocked to see a lot of people throwing a fit over Lil Wayne winning the Grammy for Best Rap Album last night. I thought his cd as a hot joint and I solid effort. It showed his growth as an artist in my opinion. I mean this is the same person who had the lyrics "wobbly, wobbly, wobbly, drop, drop it like its hot." We've watched him grow lyrically and I think that's what makes him appeal to us.

Plus he has put in work! He is the reason so many other singles were successful. Take him off half of these tracks and you wouldn't even listen to those songs. More importantly, "the others" love him. That right there signed his fate. He interviewed with Katie Couric for chrissake. IT WAS A WRAP!

What is your opinion on Wayne's win last night?

Keri Hilson cd was pushed back from what I've heard. I hope Weezy is able to save the day with this joint. I don't think Keri's label knows what to do with her, or they're not receiving the feedback from the public that their seeking. Either way, I'm rooting for her.

Your thoughts?

This boy is a F.O.O.L. He got this Weezy down pact to the mannerisms and all! I was ROFL when he said he was dropping Tha Carter 29. If Weezy don't change the name of his album from "Tha Carter" by his 5th album I'll be too done with him.

Click here if you missed the part I.

Lil Wayne assistant, Terry Bourgeois, must have missed the stop snitching movement. He testified in court on behalf of the case Wayne caught in New York after his Beacon Theatre performance. Terry told the judge he didn't see a gun in his hand on the night of questioning, but he told that weed is always available. How random was that....

The Cash Money star’s assistant, Terry Bourgeois, explained to the judge that marijuana is “something we always have” on Lil Wayne’s tour bus. He went on to reveal the rapper only smokes “dro” and then explained what the name is short for, ie “hydroponically grown” pot. Weezy, all the while, sat with his head in his hands as his assistant dished the news, TMZ reports. (source)

SMH. I need to see the court records to see exactly what made Terry begin to have diarrhea at the mouf. You gotta be more careful of the people you have on your team. Next he'll be falling out crying telling exactly what's mixed in that infamous Styrofoam cup that keeps Wayne mumbling like a damn idiot.

Maybe not...but this was funny as hell. I wonder how many sharpies dude went through trying to imitate all of Weezy's meaningless tattoos. I swear that boy look like the walls in subways. I always LMAO when Weezy call himself a goblin and Martian. Why do they make it so easy for us?

Well, at least Danity Kane color coordinated. But I still wasn't feeling not ONE outfit. And why does Audrey hair look like that?! She just can't seem to get it right. FAIL!

Pink jocked on every last one of them; NAIL. Her hair was banging. Rihanna, not so much. Her shoes didn't match anything on her except her blonde streak. Very disappointed; the dress was hot though. I'm on the fence with Christina Aguilera. Y'all can handle that.

*SEOD @ Lupe* Did he ride The Black Stallion to the red carpet? He need his ass whipped for this get up. FAIL!
Dead at Lil Wayne looking like Will I Am! LMFAO! He really looks like a little niglet on this photo. EPIC FAIL!
Keri Hilson can pass those shoes over to me! LOVE THEM. Her hair is a mess though. That blonde ish needs to go. The dress is hot! NAIL!
Katy Perry won for the worst outfit of the night! Looking like a bunk ass Superwoman. What really killed me was her admitting she got this mess from a costume thrift store. Nooooooo, really? *inserts sarcasm here* EFFIN' FAIL

Ciara was one of the hottest last night. She is really growing up and coming into her own. I think she should have had on a better belt, but all in all she looked hot. NAIL!

The Song; HATED IT. I'm sorry but Weezie and her stripping down to her bare necessities couldn't even save this mess. She looks great, but this song is just a complete NO. Her head game has to be off the charts because Diddy is still wasting money on her, but being tight pocketed with his artist with talent. I

I know this choreography better not be the work of Boom Boom Kat! I didn't get past 1:49, so let me know if it gets better.

Lil Wayne sat down with Blender Magazine in an weed/syrup daze and talked about everything from his childhood to being the best in the game.

Wayne admitted to having a uncontrolled urgency since he was a kid. He never played with the other kids growing up. While they were running around he was practicing his rap skills.

“I wasn’t ever no action-figure kid,” he says. “If I wanted to fight, I’d fight for real.” Wayne thanks his mother, Cita Carter, for this mentality. A tough-as-nails chef, she raised him by herself, teaching him early on how to act like a man. When he was in junior high, she gave him his first Glock, with instructions to empty it into the first guy that messed with him.

His ma dukes also celebrated him getting his tear tattoo, even though a tear tattoo pretty much means you've taken your enemy out.

“I asked my mother permission to get it, and she respected my choice,” he recalls. “When I came home and showed it to her, she told me, ‘Boy, I might have to get one of those for myself!’” (source, click to read the entire interview)

*Stares at everything I just wrote above in shock*

Wow...um, I don't think I can even blame Wayne now. His mom had to be really young when she had him because she raised him rough. Somebody give him a hug. No wonder he was so grown at a young age.

One of favorite songs came from Weezy when he was a shawty. Anybody that knows me from my college days will tell you that this was one of my favorite sayings.....

I just got wind "Official Flop Girl" will be the first single off Cassie's album. I can agree with her on one thing, "I AM TIRED, TIRED" of having to listen to her tepid attempts of singing. And putting Weezy on the track will not guarantee it being a hit.

Her cover is hot to death though! Why won't she just model and leave the singing career to the Jazmine Sullivan's off the world? Between this and Angela's song below, I'm bout ready to throw my towel in on music. SMH

IS THAT A RED PATENT LEATHER TOP HAT?! *FTFO* STOP!!!

Real talk, it looked like they were kicking it in this video. I would have loved to be on the set. And was that a COOGI purse? If so, it was hot.

The "He Raps" and "He Sings" shirt are gay as hell. I wouldn't exactly categorize what T-pain does as "singing."

Weazie
performed lived on Jimmy Kimmel. You can't deny his hustle after selling A Milli albums in a week. I guess jumping on everybody remix from Usher to Kermit the Frog actually paid off.

50 hating ass as usual had something smart to say about Wayne's sales. He went on Angie Martinez show and showed his estrogen levels again. "I’m really confused... Usher [for example] had a number one record, a number one across the board. And then Wayne comes and does those [album sales] numbers, and it’s phenomenal I don’t understand what the connection is. What audience is going to purchase that? [But] somebody went out and go ‘em.” (source)

*sighs* Does he not know how dumb he sounds?

This has got to be a joke. T-Pain and Lil Wayne have a "Best of Both Worlds" album in the works (source) . They've already recorded a few joints together, but will finish the rest of the album in October. Timberland has signed on as a producer to further the madness

I don't know if I'm down for this. I mean one or two song, cool. But an entire album is something different. I can only take so much of T-Pain crooning and Lil Wayne trying to harmonize with him.

I tell you one thing, this will certifiably be one of the ugliest groups in history. Chuuch!

Al SharpPERMton has been on coming under fire from hip hop artist. First David Banner, now Weezie. Weezie even went as far as putting his feeling on the track "Misunderstood" from The Carter III:

You see, you are no MLK/ You are no Jesse Jackson/ You are nobody to me/ You’re just another Don King with a perm/ Just a little more political/ And that just means you a little more un-human/ Than us humans/ And now let me be human by saying/ F**k Al Sharpton and anyone like him”

Dang Weezie, TELL EM HOW YOU FEEL SON!

Al's flunkies responded with this:

While some of the rappers don’t like the fact that Rev. Sharpton has been leading marches against the degradation of women in music, a Gallup poll released last week revealed that Rev. Sharpton has a 50% approval rate among African-Americans. So why dignify a response to one rap artist who doesn’t even say anything substantive. (source)

I know David Banner went and purchased about fifty-leven copies of Weezie's cd for that verse alone. I do have respect for Al, but I truly believe he's a media whore that will go after anything that will keep his name in the news. Don't stop at hip hop music, go after the bunk ass parenting these heathen kids are receiving. That's the root of the problem, not rap music.

By the way, Lil Wayne's album has sold close to 900,000 in the first week. Kanye is not going to be happy about this! BF alert!

Some casting genius decided to cast Lil Wayne in the new "Fast and Furious 4" movie. They are trying to stick with the formula of adding a renown rapper to boost sales, which is why Ludacris and Bow Wow were in the other two installments.

The casting director better enjoy their last days. Because once Lil Weasel comes on set late, high, and gone of that Styrofoam cup of syrup their job will be over like Vivica's dignity after 50 Chimp.

This movie is set to come out in 2009.

Fabulous ganked Lil Wayne "A Milli" beat and freestyled on it. This beat is so sick it's ridiculous! *jukes the mess out of my office chair* Hey!!!!!! *rocking back and forth*

Anyway, it seems that the Producer Bangledash wasn't too happy with the way Wayne used his beat. "I just thought he would make more of a song out of it, honestly. He’s just rapping. If it was going on the mixtape, it’s cool, but not on no album or single." (source)

I guess it's open season on Lil Wayne. I bet he keeps his trap closed next time.

Fabulous Freestyle to "A Milli"

edit: Head over to 15 minute Break to find The MILLI freestyles to this. Did they give this beat away like government cheese? WTF!
