Um...I can pretty much do without the over-sexed kitten in the first joint. Her freestyle was aight. I've never heard of this chick, but her name is Kanary Diamonds and she hails from Cali. I'm not sure if the purpose was to show her rap skills or how sexy she's trying her damnest to be. Dead @ the throwback Trina "Nann Nigga" bra. I vote NO.




The second chick was cool and very talented. And what do you know...she kept her clothes ON and actually used talent instead of looks. Drake himself co-signed this performance.

Moving on, leave it to Chicago people to act A FOOL at the Drake concert this weekend. It didn't help he didn't take the stage until 3 a.m., even though the concert was supposed to start at 12. By the time the crowd was anxious, irritated, and drunk. A recipe for disaster. Word has it a huge fight broke out, lasting close to 5 minutes. Seeing that is was over 1000 people in attendance I know it got chaotic. Consequently, shots were fired and a young man ended up shot in the butt. Truly unfortunate....do better Chi-town damn!

I swear I love Martin! He was the ish back in the day...still one of my favorite stand-ups and comedians PERIOD. His jokes be on point because he's talking straight truth but adding a twist on it to make it funny. LOVED IT THEN, LOVE IT NOW!

Kanye did his thing. I just want to understand why he had a beaver hanging out of his back pocket. Was it there to build a dam to hold back his emotions or something? Somebody help me with this...it really blew me last night. It was so distracting!








Jay-Z has paid for Rihanna to get some voice lessons because this performance was tolerable. She actually sounded good when she got to the end. As always her outfit was sick to death, AFTER she lost the Slick Rick patch. That was a no go. No need to go accessory crazy honey. And her hair game is on lock.

Kanye boasted in an interview that he will be known as "the voice of our generation."

"I realize that my place and position in history is that I will go down as the voice of this generation, of this decade, I will be the loudest voice," he said in an interview on Wednesday. "It's me settling into that position of just really accepting that it's one thing to say you want to do it and it's another thing to really end up being like Michael Jordan."

He also spoke on the loss of his mother.

"I'm just going through balancing that. And I always used to have that support system, you know. My mom would be there; no matter what, she was there before everything," he said. "We were together for like 30 years. And you know now when I'm on that stage and I look out and I say, 'What am I going to do with the rest of my life?' Like when does a real life start?' Because I have sacrificed real life to be a celebrity and to give this art to people, which is great. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see Kanye is in pain. His appearance, his music, and his altercations with the paparazzi are signs. I think he's trying to submerge himself in his music to escape the pain. I can only imagine what he's going through.

This boy is a F.O.O.L. He got this Weezy down pact to the mannerisms and all! I was ROFL when he said he was dropping Tha Carter 29. If Weezy don't change the name of his album from "Tha Carter" by his 5th album I'll be too done with him.
