Sources close to Jennifer Hudson exclaimed to Essence that she is expecting her first child with Punk'd from the show I Love New York. The two have been engaged for sometime, but haven't confirmed a wedding date of of yet. However, Jennifer and her camp are denying the pregnancy rumors. Only time will tell.

If so, I'm happy for her. After all the blows life dealt her recently, she deserves as much happiness as possible. And Lawd knows David or should I say Punk'd is THICKA THAN A SNICKA!

It's a sad day in Chi-town folks. Jennifer Hudson's mom, Darnell Donerson, was found dead in her South Side home, alongside her son Jason. The Pastor of her mom's church had to identify the body because Jennifer is in Tampa.

However, Jennifer is currently in route to Chicago.

My prayers go out to her and her family!



Update: It is confirmed that her 7 year old nephew Julian King is missing. An Amber Alert has been issued. Authorities are looking for William Balfour, the brother-in-law because he is a suspect in the double homicide. Word has it he and Jennifer's sister had a domestic dispute (over custody) and he threatened to kill her whole family. However, the aforementioned have not been confirmed.

Update #3: A $100, 000 reward is being offered for information involving whereabouts of Julian King. Please come forward if you know anything!

Update #4: Julian King body may have been found. The police aren't confirming it as of yet, but a body was indeed found in the White Suburban the police were looking for.

Update #5: A insider who works in the Chicago Medical Examiners office has confirmed the body found in the truck was brought in with 2 gun shots to the head. Developing...

Jennifer Hudson stopped by 106 and Wack yesterday. While she looks casually cute, that's not exactly something I would have chosen to wear on television. Don't get me wrong I like the outfit; I actually dress like this when I'm chilling on the weekends or after work. But that's not a TV ready fit IMO. She looks great though. Must be nice to have money because remember what she use to look like...

Regardless, she's stepping her style game and I for one am happy about it!

Jennifer Hudson and Rihanna showed up to the 2008 MTV Movie Awards in some questionable fashion choices. Jennifer has been known to have a plethora of fashion mishaps, but Rihanna is usually on point so I was very disappointed in her costume.
Jennifer Hudson has lost a tremendous amount of weight and is looking great. But I think she's not sure how to clothe her figure. That white dress, belt and shoes are hot from the waist down. But the chesticle area is what blew my life. Why in the whole wide world of trees does she have on that clearance Maidenform JC Penny bra? The dress was obviously too small at the top. They should have sewn some extra material up there. But no, they opted to send her off and tell her to put on a pink bra, that's NOT EVEN THE COLOR OF HER SHOES. Why they always gotta play the Chi-town people?


Rihanna's get up just really left me baffled. It look like a shorter version of an ghetto hot mess prom dress designed by a 17 year old. The reason for the air vent on the stomach and strapless bra will never, ever, ever be known to man. And the shoes didn't help at all. Are they clear? Where did she find some stiletto jellies?
