This clown went to Fredericks and went NUTS on the clearance rack. When did they start accepting EBT?! Let me stop...Frederick's wouldn't dare. She went to Family Dollar, stocked up on some garbage bags and got creative. You gotta know how to cut corners during a recession and girlfriend let her creativity flow.
