T-Boz sat down with Blackvoices.com and let it ride about girl groups in general. I can dig her perspective because she was actual in one and she's speaking from experience. She kept it 100 and told how she REALLY felt. Especially on the Kelly and Matthew Knowles foolishness. Read below for what she had to say.

When you hear stories about what's going on with Destiny's Child and Kelly Rowland having to fire Matthew Knowles to finally get attention, what are your thoughts?

They get mad when I say this, but I don't give a damn. It was all about Beyonce anyway. She was my favorite, too, but come on. Her parents are over everything. Who do you think they were going for? It's always Beyonce. It was supposed to be exactly the way it is now, Bey is on top. I love Beyonce, and I am a fan of hers. She was my favorite in the group even before they were Destiny's Child and they were the Baby Dolls. She was so cute and pretty. I like all of them, and I wish Kelly the best. When you're in a girl group, you have differences, and you have to learn how to respectfully agree to disagree. There are a lot of things that happen behind the scenes that people don't know about. Some girl groups have girls trying to steal other girls' boyfriends and that's the ultimate no-no. You have situations like the Kelly thing and Beyonce's parents. You can say that I'm out for everybody, but if Lisa was to bring somebody in that's her boyfriend, then I'm gonna feel like you got Lisa's back more than mine, and that's gonna be a no-no. I just think that brings a conflict of interest in the beginning. That would have been a hard group for me to be in, because I would have been like your mommy and daddy are running things and they're gonna have you at heart the most. That's just how I feel. And there it is. T-Boz spoke the truth. The Knowles may not have purposely been trying to play the girls, but they did. As a parent your children will always be your priority. The other girls parents were slipping and tripping letting Matthew oversee their children's careers like that anyway. They needed a NEUTRAL person to be the manager.

Regardless, Beyonce was going to be a star. She always had that "it" quality about herself. However, it didn't have to come at the other girls expense. They grew up together and were like sisters. Whether it was by family blood, or the blood, sweat, tears, and CHILDHOOD they put into that group, Matthew should have looked out for the rest of them like he did his own child.

IMO, Writings On The Wall is their best cd to date. I missed Latoya and Latavia when they got booted out the group. They added flavor Michelle just couldn't bring. Poor Kelly held on only to get treated years down the line. SMH

14-year-old boy almost got himself popped clean off after running away and hiding out in a recycling bin. SMDH

"Police in Milwaukee say a teenage boy has survived after being accidentally dumped into the back of a recycling truck and compacted.Police say the 14-year-old ran away from a boot camp-style school for teens Monday and hid in a recycling bin filled with cardboard.

The bin was picked up by a waste management truck and dumped into the vehicle's rear compactor. A waste management spokeswoman says the truck continued on its collection route, compacting cardboard several times.

The boy wasn't discovered until the truck dumped its load at a recycling processing center. He was semiconscious and was taken to a hospital, but police say his injuries aren't life-threatening." (Source)

I swear these stories are getting dumber and dumber as the year progress. Did he fall asleep or did he jump in there as the waste management truck was making its rounds in the neighborhood? Either or I know he SUCKED at playing IT growing up. He was probably the clown who hid somewhere for hours not knowing kids have moved on to another game.

Lil Wayne assistant, Terry Bourgeois, must have missed the stop snitching movement. He testified in court on behalf of the case Wayne caught in New York after his Beacon Theatre performance. Terry told the judge he didn't see a gun in his hand on the night of questioning, but he told that weed is always available. How random was that....

The Cash Money star’s assistant, Terry Bourgeois, explained to the judge that marijuana is “something we always have” on Lil Wayne’s tour bus. He went on to reveal the rapper only smokes “dro” and then explained what the name is short for, ie “hydroponically grown” pot. SMH. I need to see the court records to see exactly what made Terry begin to have diarrhea at the mouf. You gotta be more careful of the people you have on your team. Next he'll be falling out crying telling exactly what's mixed in that infamous Styrofoam cup that keeps Wayne mumbling like a damn idiot.

I know I shouldn't have laughed. *hangs head* But that poor girl has the worst luck ever. She wasn't even standing on the sidelines and she got taken out. That mug turned into a domino affect because she took her homie behind her out too. LMAO Who knew cheerleading was so dangerous.
