So I get up this morning and listen to the radio gossip of who did what and who shot John in Hollywood and I over hear that a drum major has been suspended for "nodding" at the Obama's (in particular Michelle) during the inauguration...

Drum Major John Coleman couldn't resist acknowledging President Obama while leading the Cleveland Firefighter's Memorial Pipes & Drums past his inaugural viewing stand last week. And for that, he was promptly suspended from the band for six months.

CNN's cameras caught Coleman giving the new president a quick nod, a fleeting wave and what looked like a wink -- all while keeping stride. Coleman argued that he didn't do anything grossly over-the-top.
