Today is my partna in crime birthday so of course I have to send it up for my homie! I met JT a.k.a. Justin Time on AHM! and we instantly became internet fam. His work ethic, EXTREMELY KIND HEART, and skill never cease to amaze me. I am extremely lucky to have him on my team. JT is headed for greatness and I'm holding on to his coattail like Superhead holds on to zippers.

A big LION HUG for all you've done for me! I've watched WYSU flourish under your skills and I could never THANK YOU enough for everything you've done.

Yeah...I called it way back in October (the 1st). Now...it is currently November 20th. Yes...that's 51 days later. It took us 118 days to get the first 10,000 and only 51 days to get the 2nd 10,000. So from June 4th to now...it took us 169 days to get 20,000. Yeah, that's an accomplishment, and we could NOT have done it without y'all. Not to mention that this comes on the eve of the launch of Blogadelphia.net. (*I swear I didn't plan it to happen that way*)

Well, giving honor to where the honor is due. If you are sitting by your computer, I want you to stand up, and give a round of applauds to Ms. A.Red.

She is the creator, visionary, and Oprah of this joint, and she's been bustin her arse to make sure you good people out there would watch your setup. It has been a pleasure to serve as her 'partna' in this. From the days of AHotMess to now...she has grown all up. NB ain't got ish on her. (*NB stands for ahh..."no body"...yeah*).

(I, as well as a host of family and friends have not been able to find this Chicago Sun-Times paper to save my life!)

It warms my heart to see Barack is not only accepted in the black community, but all over the world as well. People tried to make this election into a race issue. Saying we were only voting for Barack because he's black. Not once did they ever take into consideration we were voting for him because he IS the most qualified candidate for the job.

As I looked into the crowd at Grant Park last night I was excited to see the melting pot that encompassed the park and surrounding streets. Every ethnicity was there fellowshipping with each other in pure celebratory bliss. That was a rare sight and I am immensely proud to say this happened in my city. The same city which helped assist Obama along his path to greatness.

We broke down many barriers last night. The most obvious being electing the first black president. Moreover, we showed the world that we can come together and celebrate positively, as well as work together as a team to reach a common goal.

Americans pat yourselves on the back! History was made and you were there front and center. Our children, and their children will read about this in history books and you'll proudly be able to say "I was there. I helped make that happen." Not only did you witness greatness, you assisted in it.

Wow, the months have flown by. Who knew 397 posts would be so fun?! LOL I appreciate every last one of you for the support. It will take too long for me to name all of you but you know who you are!

I appreciate all the feedback you all give me and I want you to keep it coming. I'm ready to add more variety on the site and Terence gave me a good idea. Once a week we'll have a "Vent Day." This will be a open forum to talk about WHATEVER is on your chest good or bad. I personally think it's a great idea because it'll give us a chance to get to know each other better, network, and all the above. What are some of your ideas?
