Well...this is technically 1,001, but I just want to take time to type my feelings about such an accomplishment. When I logged on this morning, I saw that A.Red posted her arse off and got to 1,000 and didn't even blink. That just proves how hard she works and how she works without motive or incentives. Her hard work and dedication to this blog site almost forces me to support her in anyway, shape, or form.

I remember when she first started this blog site, back when it was The Red Report. Since then, I eventually abandoned my blog site and joined forces with her. I personally remember when I was crucified as a rookie blogger on AHotMessBlog.com and only a few had my back. And out of that few, the first name that always popped up was Ms. Antina (A.Red). From day one she's had my back, and now I got hers. For those who don't believe that life cannot permeate beyond the internet is wrong. I never grew up with a sister, but I can truly say that she has been nothing but a true sister and I have nothing but love for her.

So, in closing, I would like to say thank you faithful readers, new visitors, and consistent haters for showing your support by reading our posts. There's more on the horizon for WYSP, so stay tune.

My FAVORITE fashionista, Kelis, is expecting her first baby. Yeaaaaaa!

A source tells the newest issue of Us Weekly, on stands now, that singer Kelis, 29, and her husband, rapper Nas, 35, are expecting their first child together.

“It’s all they are talking about. She is carrying hip-hop royalty!” says the insider, who adds Kelis — currently in her first trimester — already has a little bump. “They are so excited.” (source)

I'm extremely happy for them. I've always loved her and Nas as a couple so I wish them the best. You gotta LOVE your man to support him like this.....

...there was nothing else for her to do but have a baby to upstage that! LOL
