Nifiza Ziyad a.k.a. 'Soulja Girl' had all the charges dropped against her. I guess she rode the bipolar train until she got off free. She read a poem about struggling with the disease and I guess it touched the judge heart. I wonder did they take the older woman's heart into consideration when this loose cannon almost gave her a heart attack.

However, The AP reports Dekalb Solicitor General Robert James might seek an appeal. And I'm all for it. Her mother should be thrown under the jail as well for naming her Nifiza.
