I saw this video on MTV Jams the other night and have been stalking the internet down tryna find out who this is. This is Snoop's new group Dubb Union. The guy on the hook killed it. I see you 2008 Nate Dogg. However, Snoop could have spent a little more money on the video. This looks like it was filled at the annual summer picnic with one of the first camcorders ever. LOL The song it tight though. BJ, the singer, made the song. They need to add him to the group!
