I saw this coming a mile away. I was minding my business, drinking a daiquiri on Friday evening when this commercial came on television and sent me into hysterics. YOU WILL NOT GIVE OUT RAIN CHECKS ON FREE COUPONS SIR!!! KFC know their full is ish. Did they NOT think this was going to happen? Seriously. You don't have Oprah shout some mess out like that...you ask Tyra to do it so only 100 people will know about it. And half of those will me models who don't eat any damn way. SMH
As if the commercial wasn't enough, they put a advertisement in the Sunday paper as well. There was a rain check in the paper, but the catch is you get the free 2pc meal after you purchase a 2pc meal and a 32 oz drink. People are about to bumrush KFC customer service hotline talking mad crap.
KFC should have watched their setup. That's like going around crackheads hollering "free rocks and blows" and not getting bumrushed. However, seems like they're enjoying the marketing off of this one though.

I didn't get any free chicken nor did I want any. They, including Oprah, should have given free meals away to people who couldn't afford it or homeless. However, what she did was nice but she can't win either way anyways...LOL.

I'm with Charmaine. Something told me not to follow suit on this whole thing. Somethin' about bumrushin' up somewhere after somebody yells "free" makes me "hold up" like Nate Dogg and remember when my mom used to tell us "don't you behave like you ain't got no home training". LMAO! Call it forced pride, but whatever it is, it prevented me from coppin' that crap.
I'm sorry; I was raised with the ethic that you don't pass up "free". I printed out like 6 coupons and stocked up. I bought a soda and a KFC stacker so it's all good!!!
