A Sad Day in Chicago...
The precious little 9-year-old girl pictured above was violently killed last night on the south side of Chicago. She somehow left the house and went into to the alley where she was brutally killed; slashed in the neck and abdomen, as well as sexually abused. Her dad found her 45 minutes later...
"The girl went to a party on the block later that night with her older stepbrother and relatives at some point realized she was missing.
'Everybody was like, where is she,' her father said. 'We went looking for her and I found her in the alley. They dumped her in the alley' at the end of the block near his home, Lyons, breaking down, said.
Lyons rushed his daughter to Jackson Park Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
Man Chicago has had a outbreak of crime this last year. I don't know what's going on but something has to give! How can someone take a innocent child life that? This story really touched me and hit close to home. I don't know what I would do if something like this happen to one of my young siblings...
Parents guard your children! In this day and age, there is no such thing as being too overprotective. To all my fellow Chicagoans, please be careful. It not safe ANYWHERE right now.
My prayers go out to this family!

OMG, how sad!!! Poor thing! I can't even imagine!
I'm more than likely gonna be first human turtle neck with a hood attached when it comes down to my son! Real talk.
I don't blame you! These crazy bastards going out the world ass backwards. Killing a child like that makes no sense. Whoever did that is a monster!
This is so sad . I never thought I should have children to raise them in a world where this happens . I wish the family the best .
That's a damn shame i tell i'm tired of this shit!
Whats even more fucked up about the situation is that they live on a dead end street where everyone knows everyone...which to me means that whoever did it lives in that neighborhood or could even be close to the family. The world is getting crazier and crazier...
