This have been my issue for a few days now. However, it happens a few times a year. I don't know what causes it, but I need to get to the bottom of it!! Sleep and I need to go hand in hand because I behave like a raving lunatic when I don't rest properly. I've had a total of 5 hours in sleep in the last two days and my body is NOT HAPPY . The issue is when I lay down I'm dead tired, but my body never relaxed enough for me to sleep. SMH I guess Starbuck's and Dunkin' Donuts will be making a grip off me today because I need to stay focused.
Have you all ever experienced that? And you know the deal...get whatever it is off your chest. VENT!

Yeah, this happens to me frequently. I heard a solution for most people is masturbating, lol....not even trying to be funny, but that's just what I heard.
But I too share the same dislike as you for this problem. It happens to me all TOO often during the school year. I always wake up for my first class grumpy...
i heard it could have something to do with your diet. like the solution to everything...eat better and exercise more. lol im about to get the iron gym from walgreens when it goes on sale @ walgreens. i swear im gonna use it and not just throw it in my closet like the rest of my exercise gear. i also listen to music to go to sleep when i cant. its always slow songs either by alicia keys, john legend or beyonce. that usually relaxes me

Jazmine-I got an elliptical and have been working out these last few weeks. Like you I'm going to use it and not let it take up space. LOL I can eat better though. I think I'll try the music thing tonight. My ass will probably go into concert; singing loud and dancing in the bed. LOL
